90-91 foglight problem

i have 90-91 jdm fogs and they dont turn on i do have the full harness the bulbs are goo/d and everything is hook up the right way that i know of anysugestions

Have you checked the fuse in the harness? Have you tested either of the relays? What about the bulbs themselves?

i checked the fuse and the bulbs but not the relays how do i check those and sorry about that

Do you have a volt meter or an ohm meter?

make sure the right plugs are in the right spot under the dash and make sure that ground there has a clean bear metal ground

If you have them connected the right/oem way. Did you know your headlights have to be on for the fogs to do the same?

Relays will make a faint clicking sound when they are switched on and off. Easiest way to check is to find an identical relay, and swap them out.
