    Lighting Relay to Stop Hyperblinking?

I know some guys with fancy LED's on their 5th and 6th Accords and all they did to fix the hyperblinking on LED's is replace a single relay under the driver side kick panel. Has anyone heard of this? They have no resistors or equalizers on each bulb. Just the "upgraded" relay.

It's the unit that clicks when you have the turn signal.
I tried to look in the driver side kick panel for it but I could only find the fuses.

Where is the relay that makes the clicking sound for the turn signal located on 4th generation Accord's?

Just look for an LED flasher relay, pretty common nowadays.

I'm pretty sure the relay is on the fuse box under the dash, turn the blinkers on and touch each relay to find out which one is clicking.

If at first you don't succeed, Try again. Don't give up too easily, persistance pays off in the end.

Yeah that's the upgraded relay module I need.
I just can't find the older relay on the fuse box under the dash.
It's there I can hear it when I put the signals on. But it's all fuses and no relays.
The only relays I see are under the hood in the fuse box there.
