well i got the charger for the camera
pics don't come out as good as real life

      d2s based morimoto mini 4300k

      driver side only

and here is a video of the color shift and high beams

i aimed the headlights down so that all of the high beams would light up the fence.
the cutoff is at the sidewalk and the fence is about 10-15 feet away from the sidewalk

well i was just pushing the shield down.
there is a wire that comes from the solenoid that splices into the high beam wires it is very simple i will take some pics and post them up.

Oh this is so tempting to do! I can't, or can I? haha

If I already have ballasts and D2S bulbs, I'd only need the projectors right?

did you have to call the TRS to specially order them? All I could find were the H1 versions on their website. How much more was the D2S version?

i sent an email first talked with matt back and forth and then ended up calling them and ordering mine

you have to email the retrofit source for the invoice of the d2s mini projectors.

they're $140 shipped in the US without the shrouds, so that's an additional $45 dollars for the gattling guns.

here is how i mounted them, i had to remove about 2 inches of plastic b/c the original projectors where about 6.5'' and the morimoto's are about 4.5''. If i did not do this the projector lens would sit to far back and not produce as much light out of the housing
i made a piece of plexiglass and polyurethaned it to the housing(been told since then that EDC is better for thermoplatics.

painted plexglass black to make it look a little more clean and mocked up where i might be putting my led strips

deciding on inside the headlight or using them for the bumper turn signals and parking lights similar to the new porsche and mercedes
