Okay, i bought an accord with sometype of strobe blinker setup in the headlight. Theres a blackbox mounted n the engine compartment, grounds coming off of it going 2 the chassis, 2 sets of wires going 2 the headlight bulbs, n power wire goin nside the car to the switch, which connects 2 the power. Now when i turn the switch on, the red power light on the box comes on, i just dont see any strobing. The box has a dial to turn from min to max, im guessin its the duration between blinks or something..any suggestions? i dont see anything blinking.
