why don't my red/clears fit! (pics included)

alright, this is weird. my euro Altezzas fit perfectly into my trunk lid without sticking out, but my red/clears stick out, even after i tighten the screws.
I thought it was the soft piece at first, but i removed it and put the tails in, and its still not right...
I didn't get these tails from ebay, i got them from tasauto.

alright, the photos i uploaded are different sides in comparasion, but both sides have the gap when i install the red/clears.

lol that sucks, i would either resell them, or maybe take off the cover lense and refit them on either your oem ones or altezzas. hope this helps you out

i dont think they will fit a coupe unless you swap a sedan trunk to it

the 90-91 trunks are the same coupe or sedan...they only differ in the 92-93 coupe/sedans

its probrably a defect in the tails or one of them is just slightly bent...let us know the outcome

probably just need to take them off and re-align them

im gonna call TAS and see what the tech guy says.
maybe its just a bad set of lights and i need to get them exchanged.

Make sure you only have one gasket and that everything is on right and there isn't some wires getting crushed or somthing. Most likely, your currently crushing something. Also make sure all the studs are still there and you didn't strip one.

There is also I plastic clip that snaps into the trunk. Make sure that is lined up and in when you put them on.

wtf, i think it could be that plastic clip then..
i see a black plastic piece on the side of the lights that don't fit properly
alright, im gonna go try it right now and hopefully it works.

there is a small plastic clip that snaps in. i just took out my lights yesterday and thats what was holding it in after i removed all the screw cover things. make sure it pops into place
