HELP me please!

a few months back i had gotten in a wreck and busted my passenger side headlight and bumper light. i bought i new headlight and installed it completely in my drive way. when i turned on my lights the drivers side low beam is perfect then the passenger side is about half as bright and while the low beams are on..... the high beams stay on however really dim for some reason. do i have wiring problems? or fuse problems? i dont want to give honda $100 to look at it and tell me whats wrong! someone help me out....... preciate it -justin-

That's a wiring problem for sure. You may have a ground screwed up somewhere.
