EDM headlight adjusters

So I have seen alot of people on here rocking the EDM headlight adjuster switch, and was wondering if anyone has installed the actual adjusting headlights to go with it? I know alot of civics that have them done. I would like to install this setup on my wagon if I can actually find the stuff in the first place.

Does the adjusting unit replace the headlight bracket or is it a whole unit with the headlight?

only guy i know of who had the whole EDM headlight set-up installed was USC. pics have long been down in his MRT since he sold the car and haven't dropped by eversince.. also never heared from the guy who bought it..
