The laser etching is usually not indicative of knockoff... But it is ebay.... Id be more worried about the condition

seller seems legit.. 99.7% 2k+feedbacks, item location in Japan and only sells used JDM Honda parts..

Those struts are legit but no matter what if it's mugen or not, I would never buy used shocks/struts from anybody. No telling how much life is left in them. If the seller describes no leaks, clean etc. sure might be true, but you have no idea how the previous owner drove on them. He could've hit so many pot holes and they haven't gave up yet. Once you get them then they start to sag.

All it's good for is the springs (who knows how much of a drop they give) but for the price, i would drop a little more 100-120ish and go with a NEX setup to at least have adjustability.
