USDM Bumper cover, No Fogs, and like someone already pointed out no sidemarkers.
However just like here in the US making our cars look more JDM is the fad over there making there cars look more USDM is the fad. So maybe it is a JDM Accord that they did all that work to flaunt USDM style but then again if you did all that work why stop with the headlights?
Edit: Besides a JDM coupe with one peices?
