bumper pole relay?

i have most of the wiring schematics off of a person fron honda tech regarding wiring up the bumper pole but where does the relay come into play and has anyone wired up the bumper pole on a CB? I know they have just need some insight on the whole deal, i have pole, switch, and relay, then on the harness are three other little plugs that i believe are just for other accessories...thanks!

thanks Tommi, yeah i thought about it and looked at it and figured it out, was pretty easy, however does anyone know how or had to replace the LED in the pole itself?
