wow thats funny my work van dodge sprinter does that on top of the dash is a vent with two controls to shut on and off the cool air even though i got the heat on.

1989 legend, I see these sometimes at junk yards. how do you remove it?

youll need a 90-91 CB bazel first. on the 92-93 the area for that switch doesnt have the removable cover.

yeah they do, it depends what manufacturing company made the bezel. really its just hit or miss, sometimes its removable.
