Anyone Know if there is any way to make one of these fit a CB?

It is highly possible. If you have a welder, you can actually cut out the spline shaft from a 90-91 accord and basically "make" your own hub. On alot of honda wheels, there are only small spot welds inside the wheel itself. I've seen this same wheel in a 92 civic hatchback so anything is possible.
