so i was thinking on how i was going to mount my seatbelts without drilling holes into the floors.
i think ill mount them to where the seat is bolted to, it has to be a solid location because it has to hold your damn stock seat in place!
what i was thinking was cutting a small piece of sheet metal (2" by 1")
drilling the hole for the stock seat bolt-in location and one to fit a removable chain link. i bought two @ homedepot and it says that it is load tested to 2200lbs.
on the other end will fit the chain link and attach the lap belts with that. if you feel safer, you can still use the stock seatbelts as well.
now for the top belts....
i read on one of the manufactuer's sites (either recaro or sparco, cant find it)
that you want it to be from 45 degrees to straight back.
the bolt for the foldable rear seat is within that region, im thinking of bolting it into there...
