looking around I've seen a few cb7s with the evo 8 backseats and s2000 in the front it looks dope looking the do the same however I'm unsure if the backseats are just set in and go, if i have to do some big or simple modding, will the seats still lay down for access to the trunk, is it only the evo 8s that work? so anyone got any ideas?

94-97 accord rear seats fit no mods ( sedan -> sedan )
fronts fit any.
the cl's front and rear fit but the rear upper needs work for proper function. cl seats are comfortable BUT they are HEAVY. the CD5 seats are way lighter than the CB7's seats

I assume the mounting is the same obviously I just wondered if they came in both cloth and leather. But if theyre heavy nevermind.

In Regards To The Front Seats
4G, 5G, and 97-99 CL all have same bolt locations for the front seats. Because 5G seats can swap into the 4G and CL can swap into 4G as well, then all seats should be and are interchangeable between the 3.
REAL EXPERIENCE: My friend's CL needed a new seat since his power motor went out. I figured, since his CL seat could go in my car, then my seats should be able to swap into his. CORRECT: They swapped in with no problem. In fact, we were able to swap his leather seats onto 4G Accord SEAT RAILS and into his CL with no problem.
Friend's Seat Set-up: CL Leather Seats, bolted onto 4G Accord Seat Rails, installed in a 1st Gen Acura CL.
1st Gen Acura CL rear seats fit in the coupe. the bottom will install securely if you bend the rear metal tab a bit to line up with the bolt hole (you will know when you see it) and the two "feet" go right into the two slots at the front. The rear upper seat does not bolt in, so just make sure you seat it flush with the bottom cushion and you will be fine. It is a slight press fit, but for added piece of mind you can buckle up one or two of the rear seatbelts to hold it back if you do a reallllly hard brake. I don't have mine bolted up, nor do I feel the need to. It makes it easier to disassemble my rear seats whenever I need to work on my car in the back or what not, or if i just want to take out my seats for the day. you have no worries about safety, since if you DO have a passenger back there, they will have their seatbelt on and they themselves will be helping to keep the seat in place.
^it "sounds" bad that the seat isn't bolted in... but. it's not even that bad. I WAS gonna do something about it, but after driving with it for 2 years with and without passengers in the back, I've experienced nothing that demands it to be bolted. just make sure to buckle up a seatbelt back there to keep it from coming out during intense braking and tell your passengers to buckle up when you have people back there. simple!

Perhaps there's a way you could integrate the CL rear seats into the CB's rear seat backrest frame.
When I installed the Prelude rears, I attached the Prelude rear seat backs and waterfall console to the CB's original folding rear seat frame, which was obviously removed from the original CB rear seat foam and upholstery.

All of this other seat information is contained in the seat threads. My Members' Ride Thread - It's a marathon build, not a sprint. But keep me honest on the update frequency!
