You have to modify the bracket. Do some searching, because there are a couple threads discussing it.

Not sure about 88-91 seats. Ask jimmybean21, he has those in his CB.

92-96 seats, 3 out of 4 bracket holes line up with the CB floor pan.

97-01 seats don't line up very well, iirc.

You will need to swap one of the brakets from the bottom of the CB seat to the Lude seat. Then you will need to enlarge the holes, and possibly use washers to space them correctly. I have 94 Prelude seats and I just welded on new metal on the ends of the brackets and drilled holes. Most people don't have a welder so...the above is the way to do it.

I cannot remember which seat but one of them the bracket is riveted on, so you'll need a drill and bits.

Totally worth it, IMO. If you find a nice pair of seats, that is; and it sounds like you did!

The lude seats are lower and have integrated bolsters.

not certain why NOONE has linked this diy yet but this helped me alot
                            Prelude Seat Swap DIY

i just put mine in, a tip for you is on the areas you need ALOT of washers, use nuts instead, it will help maintain some strength of the bolt that would be lost with washers

i did not even use any of this diy but heres is another one for swapping in the seats

the seats feel soo great, and you dont feel corners anymore with these seats, but for some reason they dont lean as far forward as the accord seats, im starting to get used to it after two weeks of driving the car with them. and they also sit much further back than the accord seats once mounted.

thats my sedan, look at the now complete lack of leg room in the right side of the backseat, and i dont think the passenger seat is all the way back!!! you can now have a 6foot 8in friend ride with ease in the front seat
