    ITR front buckets?

Do the ITR front seats fit into a CB7? Would you need to use the factory CB mounts? If I were to do this...would I sit any lower in the car?

since integra's and civics are basically the same car (same chassis, different exterior), the easy answer would be that itr seats will not fit w/o modification. in other words, you cannot go and buy itr seats and expect them to bolt right into your 4gen/cb7.

      brackets- attached to the seat
      sliders- attached to your car

as i understand it, you cannot use the itr sliders in our cars because of the size difference/bolt pattern difference.

ripping out the brackets out of the seats ruins the integrity of the seat, as well as makes it near impossible to put the brackets you desire into the seat.

i believe you can use your existing sliders with the itr seat brackets. the catch is that you would have to adapt the itr brackets to fit onto cb7 brackets in order for them to work with the sliders. as far as HOW to do that, i'm not the one to ask as i haven't done that before.

absence of evidence is not evidence of absence.

Or you could just buy afternarket driver and passanger floor brackets and weld off the ITR floor brackets and weld the seats to the aftermarket floor brackets. That what a friend of mine did to accomidate his ITR seats and it works fine and sits low

hm, ive been planning an ITR interior for a while...

my bastard brother got to bolt his right in (he has a 98 CTR/ITR hybrid, B18c5 + full ITR interior in a CTR body)

would it be possible to fit the rear seats in with modifications as well?

              ^^^

I doubt it. If it could be done you couldn't get the proper usage from the rear seat back fold down thingy due to the difference. You have a coupe...right? The rear seat in my coupe is huge. Mabye in the 4 doors...

anythings possible. prelude rears in my car including the 6x9 center sub:

also got a recaro from an evo 3 or 4 that Im waiting to put in

and as for putting the itr seats into our cars it will definetly involve custom work.

are Prelude front seats a direct bolt in? it's the same car practically.

the fronts don't bolt in, one side will line up, but its skinnier so only 1 side will line up. rears I had the bracket thats in the rear of the prelude, redrilled some holes and it was good. that took care of all the stuff on top, then the bottoms were kinda just sitting there...

                          Recaro sells brackets....
if they don't have a production version for us, I'm sure that they'd be willing, for a price, to make you one (in reference to the ITR's, of course).

if i got some new seats in there somehow (S2K, ITR, 88-91 CRX Si or Prelude) will they sit any lower than the facory seats? Will NEW factory Accord front seats work?
