What kind of AC control is this???

Says its 90-93, but it doesnt look like anything Ive ever seen before. I know there are at least 3 different kinds of AC control units, but this is one ive never seen. CDM or EDM, maybe?

Maybe 80-83? The style and workmanship aren't right for 90-93, unless it's not out of an Accord. Even then, it screams early 80's to me.

i was thinking integra, but everyone else has said its 86-89.
