im gettin a CF hood asap. some stupid biotch backed up into me in a gas station.. long story short... they are paying for a new hood, so im just tellin them im buying a new one and installing it myself and that they are paying for paint+ labor and for the new hood and hinges... which should be about 500... so im jsut gonna get a CF hood. im trying to find a reasonably priced OEM style hood. ive price checked a couple sites, best deal ive found so far was $425 free shipping. i dont know how reputable the site is, but i found the link on the cb7 forums somewhere... any other good sites you guys can point me to?
any help is appreciate... i hate my car having a dent and lookin like shit

It looked good after that, until the day he went back to OEM. I think someone on here has his hood on their car still (I can't remember his name right now...)
yea for some reason the VIS hood latched on the first time. then when i worked on the car it hood wouldnt close anymore. the latch of the car was hitting the hook of the cf hood and i was like WTF?!?! so i moved the brackets forward and it latched on. but it still wasnt aligned with the body. i just have bad luck with cf hoods.
