    Differences in BuddyClub bumpers?

I'm looking at buddy club rear bumpers, but Iv'e found many different types.

As you can see, there's a few different types. But if I buy one, I want it to look like the black one. See how it looks almost like a stock bumper, except with the spliters?, that's what I want. But I'm afraid if I order a bumper it'll look like the other two. They're all very close, except the black one isn't as big, and that's what I want!!!!!!!

So, does anyone know where I can get one like that?

Im no perfessional, so dont take my word right away, but i have two suggestions. The black one may be diff becuase if you look, the bottom two are on coupes and the black one is a sedan, so maybe the 4door version is diff?

And my other thought is that it may be another bumper that resembles the BC kit, cause some kits look similar but are actualy diff...

yep, with so many manufacturers and knock offs your best bet would be to go to all the sources themselves and check out their BC kits, as opposed to ordering some knockoff on ebay. For example check Aerogear's version, ExtremeDimensions version etc.... until you find the one that closely resembles what you want. Some companies will add little touches to a kit just because it looks more "extreme", like how in the second pic the parts behind the tires are flared way out, on the bottom one theyre mildly flared and the top one not at all. The original couldve been anyone of those. You can always customize it yourself too.

Ok, this is rebels aka Adam. Yes, I have been gone for quite a while but I can't get my password reset so I'm using Reggie's name for the time being.

Ok, you will not find the black one ANYWHERE. I had the last one made and I sold it to a member on here. The company stopped producing them a LONG time ago. It's called the BUDDY CLUB DIFFUSER. It is a full fiberglass bumper that retains the OEM side molding, 5th gen side marker (which the black one had them shaved off), and it sits at OEM height.

I bought it from Dave's old Accord but never installed it on my car due to the fact of me selling it for my IS300.

The second one is similar to the last one, just a knock off of it. The body line is a little different but still hangs VERY low.

The last one is the one I had on my car when I sold it. It hung VERY low and I was only dropped 2". I ripped it off 3 times and cracked it various times.

I wouldn't recommend getting a kit unless you're prepared for maintaining it and if you have no skill in body work, then be careful.

'93accordse is very good when it comes to bodywork and can maintain his car if he has a problem.

I'd recommend a lip kit or something, but just so you know you will not find the black bumper anywhere. It's not made.. and I sold the last one that was in production and still out on the streets. Although, a guy here in my town has a black cb7 similar to his with the bumper but he purchased it 5 years ago when they were made.

        Hope this helped you out.

damnit, i wish they made that BC diffuser! I hate those BC knockoff versions, they're soo big. I will get a lip kit, but i was hoping that I could get the diffuser because it wouldn't look like a kit ya kno?

Whats the black one made by, like company? or is it just BC diffuser?

doesnt matter what version you get, its still hot. its one of the hottest simplle rear bumper oute there. keep the color of the car on the rest of the bumper and paint the diffuser part black.

                        yeah, nice color choice!!

I'm wondering, what if I cut out the diffuser on the BC bumpers and attached it to my stock one? like, cut it to fit perfectly. Would it work?

Agggghhhh...if all body kits were like the black one I wouldn't mind them at all...the rest *stops self*

Body lines are meant to be preserved IMHO...sucks that they stopped making them.

Molding the fiberglass in with the platic/abs stock bumper is just asking for more work and trouble than you're wanting.

Pretty much you're out of luck, just find another bumper or get a lip like oneoffaccord has.

I'm gonna try to find some pics of the old diffuser I had. I never installed it, it just sat in my garage, lol.
