So Im making a real functioning front spliter/front belly pan cover.

Yes, I am trying to get a little more down force on the front end at higher speeds,

I am going to work on a rear 4 fin defuser after I get the spliter set up and right.

Yeah Its 7.5 inches out from the front lip, at the center. and 3 on the sides at the end. It should stile leave about 5.5 inch of clearness at the lowest point.

I think it's too big.
You have to remember that you're making a splitter, not a wing/spoiler.
Also, how fast are you planning on going?

But,in a way I am making a wing, I'm using it to make down force for the nose, at speeds up to 130 or so with the power that I'm making.

the main function of a splitter is to split the air in front of the car.
yes it does add downforce but if the surface area is too big then it becomes drag.
I would guess that probably half the size of what you're planning to make will give you the maximum downforce that you need.
but, it's your project so you can do as you please.

what kind of material are you planning on using for the splitter?
is it going to be straight bolt on to the underside?
adjustable or non adjustable?

First is plywood just to make sure everything seem right and well. Then a custom molded one.

The size is kinda big, but I can always cut put not add.

plywood is used by many as it serves the purpose and cheap enough to replace.
what would the custom molded one be made out of?
