New H22 Valvecover

its finally done, and getting put on today, and boy is it gonna look nice.

first, i used airplane remover to get all that oldass paint off. nice and clean.



then a couple coats of wrinkle paint and a light shot of grey.



then another coat and wire cover. taadaa. and of course im sure you noticed my h22 is no longer a "dohc vtec".

thanks alot. ive been wanting to do it for awhile now, just never had the time. now i just need to get some screw to hold on the wire cover. ive had it off for so long i lost them all.

fyi, if anyone is interested in doing some of their own valvecover adjusting and need a spare, i now have one.

But seriously, did you just grind off the DOHC part? Have to admit it looks alot cleaner without it. Very very nice.

yup. got the lettering down, then went along the entire bottom half to make it all even.
