5th gen mirrors on a 4th

Will JDM power folding 5th gen mirrors fit on a CB7 without modifications? I need to know cause i just got an offer.

5th gen mirrors will fit with some tweaking I believe.....

A guy on here has a white cb7 with m3 mirrors from a 5th gen accord. I don't know his sn, but on accordclub.com, he had the white cb7 with the custom blue Hondasport kanji emblem on the front grille.

I think there was a few other people on hondasociety that did that too cuz a while back when m3 mirrors were the thing.....of course they made them for the 5thgen b4 the not so popular 4th gen. We always get aftermarket stuff last, so people were retrofitting 5th gen mirrors to our 4thgens.

My theory is...if 5th gen m3 mirrors are possible to fit onto 4thgens....OEM's shouldn't be any different!

Also getting 5thgen oem jdm mirrors would be alot easier than 4thgen mirrors on e-bay. I've seen 5thgen power mirrors go as low as $46-$60 on e-bay(minus expensive japnanese shipping) but I paid a total of $218 with shipping for mine.

My M3's are from a 5thGen...

They didn't fit exactly right... the triangle part is a tad too thick in certain places to sit flush and it also interferes with the chrome trim at the bottom of the windowline...

A little careful dremeling and fitting and dremeling and fitting...etc...etc... and they should fit...that's all I had to do to get mine to fit...

The 3 bolts that hold the mirror on line up just fine... just a tiny bit short...but with the dremeling it's not as short...
