On the trunk lid, yes. Two holes are what the emblem clips into.

on mine the H and the word Honda had holes

Most of the time, just the H logo has holes behind it, and the others dont.

Yeah the h has two holes and the accord emblem and honda emblem, usually are held on by double sided tape.

sry for the thread jack...but does anyone know if id be ok to take off the extra glue/tape w/ nail polish remover? will it damage the clear coat?

I imagine it would be very bad for the paint. I would use either Goo Gone or some OOPS! (sticker/adhesive remover) available at the parts store.
