i've been quoted more but that included dismounting, stripping of old paint, and then reinstallation. but expect $100 per wheel.

thanks for the reply guys. Hey Timmy, since we both live in SoCal would you mind telling me where did you get that quote from? $100 per wheel is a little more then I can afford right now but maybe if I request to skip a few process it'll cost less

            :werd:

I've been quoted $50 per wheel with the shop doing all the prep work (strip, etc) and $25 per wheel if I did the prep work.

I've also been quoted as low as $10 per wheel through my work... but that's black only.

if you dismount the tires yourself and have the wheels stripped (old paint off) then it'll save you a few dollars. i'll try and research some but send a message to stickydiljoe (joey) as he knows a guy that can powdercoat things, and he's in san diego (i'm 1.5hr north of you). maybe wheels are too large to fit in his oven but you can try him. sticklydiljoe knows more about powdercoating than i.

Thanks for the help, I'm shopping around right now so far I got a shop out here that quote me for $75/wheel but I want to try to find one for about $50 or maybe fuck around I'll try and do myself the cheap way (duplicolor) which I really don't want to.

Where can you get the kit and how much? anyways that might be a big hassle since I don't exactly have space to do all of this stuff. But I still want to know the prices anyways. Thanks
