What can you do with chrome window trim i saw a diy on here about making it black does anyone know about it?

Mask it off, sand it, and paint it.It really is a labor of love making a neglected CB7 with "normal wear and tear" into something worth being proud of. -
there is also a black trim type tape. Do a search, because I know its been covered plenty of times.

Hey, its real easy, just make sure you mask good. I didn't mask very well and i got bad overspray, but i really like the way the black trim looks now... go check out my members ride page... i have pix..

The safest way is to remove the trim and paint it. There is a DIY about it on here so make sure you do your searching.
