    94 prelude lip on cb7?

Does anyone have a 94 era prelude lip on their cb7. The ludes bumper is quite a bit more rounded and i am wondering if anyone modded one to fit? The reason I ask is because I can get one dirt cheap and I am having trouble finding any other lips used. Any help or comments appreciated.

get it and try it out, then let us see the out come. Thats really the only way to see if it would work.

It is just hard for me to find a place and time to work on my ride. I work nights and during the day I watch my 19 month old son. Then I live in a loft in downtown Des Moines where I have an under ground parking space but its against lease code to work on your cars. Once I get my house I have so much shit I wanna do to the ride.

I kinda doubt it will fit well the oem one anyways. I know I saw a wingswest or some aftermarket front lip from a 97up on a CB7 tho.

My sister has a 93 Prelude S and when she bought it, it didn't come with the front chin spoiler I had an extra 92-93 accord chin spoiler and tried putting it on however the preludes nose is more triangular than a accord nose so it didn't fit. If a align one side to the bumper ends, the lip will stick out on the side a little from the curves.... also it won't reach the opposite side because it's too short in length. I do know however people retrofit 94-95 accord front lips onto the preludes rear as a rear skirt.

But yeah it's a nice day outside so I took a couple of pictures to give you an idea of how a actual prelude lip 92-96 might fit onto a accord to save you some trouble. The prelude oem lip seems it will be way too long but if your going to cut it then it might be alright but it still may not contour to the CB7 bumper still.

This is my extra 92-93 CB7 lip rough fit onto my sisters prelude. But yeah anyways a 97up prelude lip aftermarket might have better results since that car is more boxier and + someone did it before.

Front view: From here u can see it won't reach the other side.

        Doesn't line up as well

        Too short

He has a 97-01 lip. That's the only year they made a Gracer for in Prelude form. I believe in the Ultimate Front Lip FAQ there's a pic of a red 90-91 with a the Wings West RS lip (as has already been mentioned earlier in the thread)
