Paint suggestions needed..

Ok here is the deal. I am getting my ride painted in less than 2 weeks and I need some good opinions..

I am going to paint it straight white...no extra colors mixed so its gonna be bright as hell..we are going to shoot a coat of blue pearl possibly to give it a little bling bling..so what do we think of painting the hood dark grey to give the racing look and it will match the paint that is on my wheels...

There's 2 ways your hood shouldnt match the rest of the car.

1. The car is split in half (two-toned, different colors on top and bottom of car.)
2. Carbon Fiber.

I dont think the grey would look good at all...it would look mis-matched and out of place, like you needed a hood and picked up some random hood to replace it. But thats just my opinion...

It's gone...lol... don't even know what made me think of it except maybe the Civic I saw crusing down the highway the other day that had it done...
