            hello,

i am curious as to what materials and paint you used for ur grill.

how did u take the chrome off the oem?

What black matches the stock black i see on my bumper and what not. i won't want a too glossy black, yet want somethign that matches teh black trim on the body.

so i am guessing, cut the h away, use bondo? and then sand and primer and the the black?

            thanks.
            hahahahah

looks good man heh I like it. you should try and see what grill mesh would look like behind it. I think that would look hott.

you take the "chrome" off by using sandpaper.
you use black spray paint to paint it.

i'm indifferent about clearcoat... i didn't use it on my old diy grill, or my new one. but i suppose you should use a clearcoat (or 2 or 3) lol.

i figure i'll just resand and respray if i need to.

that looks nice i reckon!, do u have a pic standing 1-2 metres back? not upclose, i'd like to see the whole front how the black grill goes with the dark headlights at a distance.

                      cool
