    OEM vs. Aftermarket body panels

Well, finally time to send my car to the body shop. I got hit last April and still haven't gotten around to getting it fixed. Anyway, I need a new door panel on the rear passenger side at the least. If this place my cousin recommended me gives me a good price I may replace the hood as well. Its dented such that I don't think its an easy repair to straighten it out.
I've always been told to use OEM body parts, period. So given the choice between used OEM parts or new aftermarket parts, which would you choose?
Assume the cost of each is similar.

OEM...but in reality OEM is gonna be 2x or more the price of most aftermarket products. But you will get precise fitament, quality, etc. Nothing will fit better than OEM period. Although some aftermarket companies will have great quality/fitament products, I would still go with OEM. But on the other hand, most aftermarket products will require fabrication to make the fit properly, kinda like if you go to a bodykit website and read all the disclaimers on there sayin how that it might not fit up correctly and should have a bodyshop install...but when you go to a Honda dealership and buy a bumper cover theres nothing that says anything about it not going to fit perfect, cuz OEM is just that, Original Equipt.
Ohh yea, dont get fooled when a company says OE replacement parts... or OE stlye... its not OEM.

Car is back from the shop. Instead of replacing the door skin they decided to just repair it. Saved me $200 (well, $200 from insurance that I can pocket) Looks great.
