Alright, its been a while since I last done this, but I'll tell you to my best:
-Remove all the plastic screws and plugs from underneath (about 9)
-Remove the screws on the sides, in fender wells, may have to pull back lining
-Then there are alot of clips that hold it to the body, the best way to remove, is to slide the whole skirt towards the front of the car (might be towards rear, but I THINK its the front), then you it should be free. Heres a pic of where the clips are (clips are removed but are located where the holes are).
Sorry its the only pic I got that actually shows anything. If you cant get it to come off, just keep pulling on it, all you can break is little plastic peices, which you most likely wont use when you put the kit on.
