Need to know what screw to get for front plate

Hey my Accord didn't have screws in the front bumper but has 4 holes that are threaded for a license plate to go in it. I need to know the thread size and pitch so I can buy a screw. I tried looking on www.hondaautomotiveparts.com but no luck finding it... although the screws they listed do have thread and pitch... just not the ones I need.

I need this information as quickly as possible because I want to have my front plate on sometime this week.

just curious..is this for a state license plate or one just for kicks?...i bought a Neuspeed License plate bolt hole cover a few weeks ago..came with bolts that threaded perfectly in the holes..i checked the box just a few minutes ago but none of the papers had the bolt size, it just specified Honda/Acura...just an idea if its not for a state license plate..

It's not for a state plate but a custom one I made.

I just screw'd the regular license plate bolts in there as far as they would go.

they have 10mm heads, same as all the other 10mm bolts in ur engine bay... i say pull out one of the ones from somewhere (the top of the radiator support even) and bring it into a hardware store (home depot) and match it up.

o another idea...drive to a hardware store and remove one of your rear license plate bolts and take it in with you..aren't they the same size?

If it's the same as the rear license plate screws then I can just go to Wal-Mart and buy a set of allen head license plate screws. I'll check out and see if they are the same. If that doesn't work out I'll try Mike's idea. Thanks guys.

Just checked it out. It's the same screw as rear license plate.
