yeah I have called many numerous times...NEVER ever have they answered the phone. But I asked for a refund and they finally responded saying it was shipped....mean while with all this happening, my mom being over protective of me, went to the bank and filed a dispute lol. Anyways I still don't believe they have sent it...but if they did I really might come out of this with more than I bargained for...

lol!!! I just got an email from Phasenine with my tracking number...I guess they got scared that I threaten to call my bank so they ordered it from www.absdynamics.com...!!! LOL Anyways I still called my bank, so I still might be getting my lip for free :P Two weeks later and now I get a tracking number...after calling and emailing with no responses for a week!! bah!
