          Update, 2 layers of glass today and pulled off the plywood form and test mounted, enjoy

            In this case I layed the glass right over the plywood then poped out the plywood not exactly the proper way but it worked amazingly

                Dang, that looks awesome. Im sure it would be in your best interest to make a negative mold of that one, so when people want one, you can just lay one up, and pop it out. Then again, laying it up on the wood looks to work pretty good so far, you could just keep doing that.

                When do you plan on painting it and mounting it?

                      I really, really wish I knew how to work fiberglass and such. I've got so many ideas and designs in my head. I love the lip, BTW, but my opinion is that you shouldn't leave it the wood color. Would it be unique? Without a doubt. Would it blend or go with the design scheme? Probably not.

                        Paint and mounting should take place next week around wed

                        Today is gel coat day to fill in any imperfections

                            Gel Coat done I decided to tint my Gelcoat to better see the imperfections and to give you guys an Idea of what the finish product will be like. Also test mounted once again to make shure it fits properly, Enjoy
