mine is nearly the same way i bought it lol. i bought mine in april 05' with 155k on it. the previous owner was a FIELD BIOLOGIST. i had to do a "weight reduction" by scraping and vacuuming out about 2 inches of sand from my car. that sucked. not to mention his wife was hit while driving it in a terrible T-bone accident. the entire passenger side door was totaled and there was a dent about 6 inches into the rear door on the same side. the b-pillar is slightly bent and she said that a body shop wanted 3300 to fix the pillar and doors. my 17th birthday was the same month we bought it so it was a "gift" to me. first thing i did was fix the door. the lady said it wouldnt be possible. yet i managed to splice up the wires and bang the bent frame in a bit and now sits a junkyard door where she said couldnt be done. im only 17 and this was the first of my bodywork i had ever done. then being young and niave i studied how to paint a car myself. my uncle had worked as an old mechanic and told me the best way to ppaint was through amazing hand sanding. any power tool sanders would leave divits and scratches. so i sanded my car for about 3 weeks. put bondo on the rear passenger door. spent about 5-7 hours alone molding it to fit the slightly bent up door. and for my first time doing it it looks almost perfect. but in my niavity winter soon came so i threw on some rustoleum and my car is really looking like a piece. sanded down, bondoed, gold door on that wierd emeraldish green car. not to mention someone hit my fender so thats bent up. its ghetto but come spring i will have it painted and start attempting some DIY stuff and engine modifications.

i will have to put some pics on later , but i found my 93 accord ex in a yard next door i have known the guy for long time he had bought secound hand the selling owner had a minor wreck ( he taped someone in the ass ) it ran just would not keep a charge (bad cables) it had 245000 so i paid him the 150.00 he was asking after i drove it it ran great windows needed aligned
i brought it home put it up on jack stands and started to rip in to it (tune up full exhaust new shocks springs camber correction kit all new brakes cross drilled rotors and calipers all new bushings (energy suspension) dident need new axles but put new ones in and put new wheels and tires . i am planing on fixing the minor damage new hood and fenders core support and realign and other parts (i havent ripped into but i would rather do a good job). i love this car and it has been a learning experiance . jeff

Mine was bone stock when I bought it back in sept 99. Bought it off a little lot. It was previously owned by the mechanic for the lot. He traded it in for an SUV. It had 104k when I bought it, but now it has 178k.

Most reliable car I've ever owned.

My odometer was showing about 305,000 but the motor(h23a1) was turning about 70,000 on the bottom end and 10,000 on the head. The car had a BAD coolant leak, it couldn't make it to my house so it had to be towed. 2 bald tires and a nail in 1 of my good tires (leaking), needed a tune-up, some body work, and a little TLC from sitting. Then of course I was ran of the road and was wrecked but its all good the car survived, mktor survived, and i survived. Pretty much fixed just some more little touch up so it looks pretty again

I got my car after my stock 90 EX was totaled...got rear ended which sucked ass. Then I upgraded to a stock 92 EX. It had about 150000 on the odo, bald tires all around, a dent in the drivers door (still there), and interior WAS clean. The timing needed to be done, and some basic tune up but other than that its running like a champ.

well my car is a hand me down car from my dad....he bought it for 500 bucks!! when i saw it i fell in love with it even though it wuz pretty messed up but hey it wuz a steal for 500 bucks haha. what i loved most wuz cuz it wuz stick WHOOPPIE!!! FIRST stick car so u kno how much love i show it. all that was modded was a short ram intake which still sucks in air hecka loud. since my dad was never a good car maintence person at least he kept the fluids up haha. he tore up the struts and up till today their still messed up bought some new ones and bout to put them in. so the interior is still bad but im getting around to it. i met one of the old owners friends who was the first owner and he told me it used to be bad ass back in the day. eventually through the course of time it was given to me and its still running a-o-k even at 212k

I bought my car in August of 04, it had 185,000 miles on the ticker, and i paid 850 for it. the interior was great except for a few stains in the carpet. The exeterior had some minor scratches on the bumper and a few door dings (aquired more since then i am sad to say). the windshield and hub caps were cracked and the taillights leaked, but it was my first car so i didnt care... i was excited to have one to call my own. Its been a grateful experience so far!
By the way, the car has come along way since i first had it, (new windshield,92/93 sedan trunk lid and all leaks and such fixed)
