Are there any negative side-effects to driving around with the cut-outs for fogs but no fogs? I just sold my fogs, and I am selling my car to someone else. The car cant be damaged from stuff flying into those 2 holes right? THe windshield washer fluid resovior is visible from the outside.

besides just leaves and dust flying inside, there really isn't any side effects. dust gets in there anyways even if you didn't have the holes. if you have a cold air intake, the filter element will be exposed which is good for ram air but bad if it starts to rain. the windshield washer reservoir will be fine as well. -
if your air filter is exposed then you should get at least a bypass vlave to be safe...besides that as timmy0tool said..so you should be good..
