no right side mirror

umm yea i bought a 90 accord and it didnt come with a right side mirror it looks like it was made like that is it just me or did ne one else get a 90 with no right side mirror

I believe its the 90-91 dx's that dont come with a passenger side mirror. Im not sure about the 92-93.

I believe that was a DX thing in general. I saw a '92 DX w/o the right-side mirror this past week. Also noted it didn't have rear speakers. Therefore, the logic may have been if you wanted rear speakers and a right-side mirror (on a DX) to buy them as add-ons which I believe Honda sold for 4th gens like they did for DX 5th gens.

you're only required to have 1 exterior mirror for visibility (along with an interior mirror). older base model civics (hx?) only come with 1 exterior mirror as well.

the dx trim (lx in canada) was/is the base/low level accord, and thus didn't come with much.

we were all astonished when we noticed that cass' car didnt have a right mirror...but yeah, she has a 93 dx no side mirror but she does have a moon roof...pretty freacky huh?

to be honest i really dont think i use my right side mirror unless im too lazy to glance over my shoulder..
