    hood locks

    hey guys what's happenin?

I've got a vis c/f hood and as much as I don't want them I need some kind of hood pin, it's pretty much a necessity that I get them now. I've heard some of my friends talk about hood locks. Apparently they sit flush with the surface of your hood and when you want to unlock them you insert some kind of key and turn it and then the locks (which are spring loaded I think) release. These things are what I want as I want to avoid putting the regular hood pins on. If anyone has heard or seen these let me know or point me in the direction of a website if possible.

why do you need hood locks or hood pins for a carbon fiber hood? i've had a carbon fiber hood now for 4 years without locks or pins, and haven't had any problems. but that wasn't your question...

        google search "hood pins":
