    fiber glass work.

ok i used some fiberglass to fill some parts that are located near the door. but after i was done sanding it left some holes in the place. on the container that the fiber glass came in it says that i should use bondo after i was done with fiber glass......
is it safe to use a little bit of bondo to cover the holes after i am done with the fiber glass?????
i just wanna make sure that i got everything right before running to auto zone and getting some bondo or body filler....
are we there yet are we there yet are we there yet

yeah, you fill in the small voids with bondo or filler. Let that dry, sand, prime ... etc

Fibergalass is the cloth + the resin that hardens it.

And then there is body filler...which just smooths out very small imperfections.

Bondo is actually a trade name (brand name, like coka cola..)
they typically make body filler, but they do make stuff like body filler with fiberglass hairs in it for easy general repairs that you wont see.

That is a mold made out of fiberglass cloth that was soaked/dabbed with the resin. If you can see up close, its far from smooth. Generally you sand the fiberglass part itself to get it a bit more smooth. Then you apply the body filler over it, let that dry, and sand it till its smooth. It can take a few different trys with the body filler to get it completely smooth, but eventually it will.

that is what i used,, body filler with fiberglass hair and the hardner thing....
i was told by someone who works in a body sht that, that is what everyone should use to fix body problems near the door. then if there is a hole or if u do rust repair then we should use the clothe thing.

its a bitch to use fiber glass or body filler with fiberglass hair in it. body filler its easy to use.....
oh well second day of fixing the problem and its not looking that good for me.
