When my car is off, all lights are completely off. When I turn the key just to turn on the radio, the park lights come on. The signal is on off. When I take the key back out the lights go back off. Any ideas?

Either way sounds like someone hard wired the lights in. Are the lights still going to the OEM harness? -
Is the radio stock?
