Only found one pic on cb7 of this bumper, i think. Close but.... hard to say. Is this a 90-93 accord JDM front bumper?

That's an Acura Vigor bumper...

Definitely not JDM accord

this bumper looks like it has the Xenon Extreme front spoiler, that bumper they have for sale looks exactly like the DA bumper

Light shape is different than a DA and DA bumpers have two fins going across the opening, not one. It definitely is a Vigor bumper. Check my post above yours.
