So I finally got to black housing my head lights and corner lights but I am having trouble with the intersection light lens. I had it in the oven at 225 multiple times about 6 minutes each time and it was not splitting at all. I fear if I leave it in the oven longer it will melt. Any suggestions?

I Blackhoused mine. I just used a dremel to cut them open. Then siliconed them shut. See sig below

I have been trying with a serrated blade and it is going real slow. Is there a difference when doing this to a 90-91.Be unique, like every other person.
