So after black housing one of my head lights the reflector turn dull. 3 days later that reflector started to crack. Where did i go wrong? The other light is good. When i installed everything the oem grill will not align up with bumper and lights wth.

Just old headlights I think. I know what your talking about. Yellow breaks in the chrome.
what you mean it doesn't align? Pics
Probably just need to hold the bumper up then tighten the two washer nuts inside the bay first. Then do the other 4 bolts behind the bumper lights.
