I need a new rim, is this ok?

Hey cb7, some time ago I posted a thread regarding repairing a cracked rim. Well I finally decided to go and just replace the whole thing. I don't have enough currency to go and buy a whole set of 4, I only need one. All of my rims are 17". I don't know the width or the offset. ( I don't even know what those mean.)

I searched for 17 inch rims and 4 x 100 ( I assumed that means the bold pattern.)

Here is the rim :http://goo.gl/mZ7EV ( Ebay link)
Since I don't know anything about wheels, I thought to ask you knowledgeable folk. Is this rim compatible with our car? The ebay module said it wasn't, but then again, the ebay module said NO rims are available for our car.

Edit: I looked up the terms for the wheels. The rim I want to buy has a +38 offset. I still don't know the offset for my current rims. There is no model or label on them.

The stamping is usually on the barrel side face. (the back where the holes are)
    Our bolt pattern is 4x114...
    Pics help.

      Here is my rim :

I just found a wheel hub cover I put awhile a long time ago. It says the rim was manufactured by MB Motoring. I look to see if I can find any posted specs for these rims. I checked the back and front of the rim and I did not see any information regarding specifications.

Here is the rim I'm asking about, with the specs :

      WILL FIT: 4x100 Small Car
      Size: 17x7.5
      Part #: I0417754938BDCI
      Offset: +38mm
Condition: Good condition except for a nick on spoke. See picture. Looks new, hard to find nick

(Again, since I don't really understand the specifications too much.. ) : Does our bolt pattern being 4 x 114 mean it will not match up to this 4 x 110?

It would fit a civic or integra, not us. Look for 4x114.3 bolt pattern. +38 offset is normal. My wheels are that offset.

At least it's possible, thanks for the heads up Carlos!

Alright, here is a rim I settled on as I believe it will fit the specifications of the car. http://www.ebay.com/itm/190750664415...84.m1423.l2649

here are the specs: 17X7 4x100/4x114.3

            Manufacturer/Model: Five X
            Quantity: 1
            Finish: Silver Machined
            Size: 17X7
            Bolt Pattern: 4-100/4-114.3
            Offset / Backspacing: 42mm Offset / 0 Inch Backspace

I'm still very newbie to wheels and tires. The rims I have been using camewith the car I bought :o

To me 42+ offset is reg size for 17x7 wheels.
