Door panel inserts.

I went to the junkyard today and saw some nice tan color leather inserts from an Acura Legend. They looked like they would fit a CB. I removed all 4 and then tried to see if they would fit a CB panels and I couldn't see how they would fit. So I have a few questions here:
1) Which year, model, that would fit a CB other than the SE editions?
2) With pics if possible, how are the inserts install to the side panels? It seems like the CB panels are one solid piece instead of like the legend with metal snap on.

the door inserts are normally glued on. i know trim shops use piping around the insert

I think you are right the CBs are glue on. For the Legend they are held on by metal taps. So how are the people replacing their inserts? They put the whole new panel on?
