Do you really need a hood scoop for power steering on an H-Series?

Check out this video, it's a clean coupe with a H23V swap, but do you really need a hood scoop to have PS and AC on a H23V blue top? What do you all think?

Is there. Difference in height between H22A vs H23A VTEC?

There's no difference in height at all if the correct mounts are used. There should not have been a situation where he needed to make a hole in the hood to fit the power steering pump.
My Members' Ride Thread - It's a marathon build, not a sprint. But keep me honest on the update frequency!

i just watched the vid and from the look of the pump and bracket he used is the f22a.so yes the pump does hit the hood with a h22/23v swap if using the f22a pump and bracket.

          my new turbo build

Still didn't need the scoop for it.

He forgot the rubber boot for the timing hole over the flywheel, LOL, it's only a matter of time before some crap gets in there and destroys something.

But yeah, there is an H22A swap thread on here that tells you what mounts to get to set the engine at the right height. I'll bet he goes through axles as well, due to misalignment. Smart...
