Dont forget clear... you need 2-4 quart of clear.

1 gallon of paint to be on the safe side. when you reduce paint it becomes 2 gallons. 1:1 ratio. some paints are 1:1.5 ratio.
go with a gallon of clear, just to be on the safe side. you dont reduce clear

I bought 3 quarts of base that was 1:1 reduction which gave me 1.5 gallons of sprayable color and a gallon of clear. if your clear is a 4:1 ratio then you will actually have 5 sprayable qts.
