headlight question

I got my headlights for my car waaaaay before I knew anything about differences in the 90-91 and 92-93 year models, so when I was at the jy finding replacements I wasn't paying much attention to what year models I was pulling them off of.

I think I've read somewhere on here that some differences in the headlights are that the 92-93 are more round and either the 90-91 models or 92-93 models have metal retaining clips on the lenses.

Take a look at this pic and tell me if I have the wrong headlights and that is why my drivers side isn't lining up right with my bumper. I'll take more pics if you guys need it.

Those are 90-91 headlights in your pic.

The lens on the 92-93 are more round and the 90-91 are flat. Also the part of the headlight that's adjacent to the grill is curved on the 92-93 and flat on the 90-91. That's why the grills are different.
