That was a normal option for wagons but it can be had for any 92-93 Honda Accord coupe,sedan,wagon. This was the 92-93 version. The 1990-91 models had automatic seatbelts so the seatbelt motors got in the way and they had a add-on to the existing skinny e-brake console.

These can be found in USDM,Canadian and JDM Accords. It wasn't a very common accessory here but you will most likely find it more in Canadian or JDM cars. If you check e-bay they are usually on there for 125+ expensive overseas shipping.

More likely to be found in a Canadian 90-91 because we did not have automatic seatbelts.
