Unless you're reaaaaaaallllly wanting a JDM bumper, I wouldn't do it.

You can buy a USDM bumper at a JY and buy fogs seperately for $300 max combined.

Back in the day people would have paid 300+ just for the bumper not including the fog lamps that came with it.

That being said, there's no extras like the parking pole and the chrome trim has been painted over. There's no real reason to buy that bumper, and with the lack of the matching support, it may be a hassle to get everything to line up correctly.
