Lip painting cost

This question is more directed towards people that are either professional painters, or know someone who is, but if anyone knows thats cool.

On average, how much would you charge(or have been charged) to have the lips of 4 wheels painted a color of your choosing with no other prep-work done ahead of time?

$150 as taping them off would be the hardest part.

be sure and already have your new tires mounted as the paint would need to cure for a verry long time to keep from being ripped off or damaged in any manor.
